The Diet Detective on WBAY looked into various meals and snacks offered on leading airlines and found that these in-flight foods are often high in calories, low in nutritional value, or just plain unsatisfying. According to his recommendation, bringing your own healthy snacks like Stretch Island Fruit Strips and FruitaBü Fruit Rolls is best for long flights. They won’t bump and bruise on the plane, and will still give you a healthy fruit fix!
